This Privacy Policy explains how Tiqan collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app on iPhone and Apple Watch.

We use information only to provide and improve the app’s features, including:
Tiqan collects limited, anonymous usage data to understand overall app usage and improve features.
Your data is stored using Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit technologies, which provide secure, encrypted storage.
We do not operate our own servers for storing your personal workout data.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Data may only be shared when required by law or when necessary to provide core Apple services, such as iCloud storage.
The Tiqan Apple Watch app uses Apple Health and HealthKit to read sensor data during workouts, including heart rate and active energy (calories burned). This data is displayed during your workout and saved to your workout history within Tiqan.
If you choose to connect Apple Health:
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide app functionality.
You may remove your data at any time by deleting the app or disabling iCloud access for Tiqan.
You can remove your data from Tiqan by deleting the app from your device and disabling iCloud access for the app in your device settings.
If you have granted Apple Health access, you can also manage or remove that access at any time from the Health app or your device settings. This includes any heart rate or calorie data Tiqan has written to Apple Health.
